I serve as the Digital Manager for an Indonesian fashion retail brand, where I blend digital strategy with team leadership to grow a brand rooted in authentic culture. While my day job involves marketing and execution, my true passion lies in exploring leadership, power strategy, human nature, relationships, and self-improvement — especially through the lens of quiet authority.

I believe power doesn’t need to shout to be felt. My writing dives into the subtle, often overlooked forces behind influence: restraint, reflection, and intentional action. I explore how understanding both light and dark sides of human nature can help us grow as leaders and individuals.

Martial Arts & Fitness

Muay Thai is more than a sport for me; it’s a discipline that teaches resilience, respect, and mental toughness. Combined with weightlifting, these physical practices sharpen my focus and provide a grounded counterbalance to the mental demands of work and writing.

I play both guitar and piano, two instruments that offer a creative outlet and a lesson in patience and precision. Music reminds me that influence and leadership are not just about force, but about rhythm, timing, and subtlety.

Playing chess, with a current ELO rating around 1500, is an ongoing exercise in strategy, foresight, and adaptation. Each game is a small battlefield where calculation and intuition meet — skills that directly translate to leadership and life decisions.

Reading & Writing
